Regarding the common workspaces, they can be rented at the minimum starting price of 30 RON/sqm per month, including VAT and utilities.
Exceptions will be the spaces in the basement (workshop and prototyping office), where the starting price will be 15 lei/sqm per month including VAT and utilities.
The rent tax will be updated in relation to market developments and inflation.
